Sales Account Manager銷售經理（航空OEM和MRO優先）

This position is responsible for new business development, market intelligence and forecasting at assigned and new potential OEM, MRO and Airline customers, performing functions that drive sales and margin growth.
1.Develop additional/new business opportunities at each account as defined in Annual Key X’s to the portfolio of assigned accounts and new potential customers.
2. Meet the set Annual Sales Revenue and Gross Margin targets defined for each customer
3.Conducts and develops business cases and, provides commercial, operational and financial analysis
4.Clearly communicates and demonstrates Argosy’s value-added services benefits to prospective customers
5. Prepares and develops proposals and presentations for internal and external meetings
6.Develop sales forecast based on account and program in conjunction with the Customer Service Representative responsible for each account
7. Develop a program map (BOM) for existing programs and maintain in near real-time.
8.Internal (Argosy Sales Forecast) and External (Cytec GSFS) Forecasting in conjunction with Customer Service Representative.
9.Compile monthly sales reports and customer visiting reports

Bachelor degree in Material Engineering and above.
1. Composite and adhesive knowledge
2.Negotiation Skill Training
1.5+ years’ experience China Aerospace industry
2.Sales experience in Composite/adhesive is a plus.
3.Engineering or Sales work experience in Chinese OEM, MRO or Airline Company is preferred.
